* coin quilt clone
Posted on July 11th, 2007 by maitreya. Filed under Sewing/Fabric Crafts.
On a lark, I submitted my doll coin quilt to an upcoming book, Pretty Little Patchworks. They accepted it (!), and since I sent the first one away for swap, I had to make another one and document the steps. It’s amazing how much easier something is when you’re doing it for the second time and not making it up on the fly. For example, the seams on take 2 are actually mostly at right angles.

Hi, lovely quilt - you are very talents. I just found out you’re a labrat too! I love your lab supply ideas. I’m trying to think of a good use for old pcr tubes…

Sorry for the double comment. I can’t type - I meant to say “talented.” Also, I’m in love with your “I hate Cy5″ tee - that darn thing plagues me.
