* resin miscellany

Last of the resin for a while, I promise.
Bezel cups. The first one was colored with a bit of fluorescein, a dye that glows under blue light. I haven’t had a chance to test it yet.

Weird little mold that was originally filled with Hello Kitty stickers. Blythe-scale lime jello.

Another little guy and some tiny erasers I’ve had since I was a kid.

Center of my paint palette filled with buttons! Not sure what to do with it.

My resin stuff looks so boring compared to yours! Where are you getting your Bezel cups?

I love using painters palettes as a resin mold. The little circles around the edges are fun too. I used to make huge necklaces with the center ones. The buttons are so cute. It could be a coaster for next to your sewing machine to stick with the craft theme.

As for the button one–I have a fancy sweater (thrifted) that I bought because it had buttons (about 1.5″) that look just like that–little pearl buttons embedded in resin. cool, i think.

Hi there
I am fairly new to resin and thought i would use it to help raise some funds for the animals we rescue. it also is an excuse for a new fun hobby however i have found very limited dyes and nothing as interesting as yours. i love the bright colours and also the haze ones on weed whacker wire any ideas on how i can play with these ideas with the resources we have in the UK
