Whoops, didn’t realize I was supposed to pick my pattypan squashes as 3-4 inch babies, so I’ve got one monster.  Hopefully it’ll still be tender enough to eat.

    If you find a good recipe, let me know. We didn’t grow any but my daughter persuaded me to buy a giant yellow one because she thought it was pretty.
